1. “Neither fornicators, . . . nor adulterers, . . . nor drunkards . . . will inherit God’s kingdom.”

“음란하는 자나 ··· 간음하는 자나 ··· 술 취하는 자[는] ··· 하나님의 나라를 유업으로 받지 못하리라.”

2. 24:48-51) Now is no time to be affiliated with spiritual “drunkards.”

(마태 24:48-51) 지금은 영적으로 “술친구들”과 더불어 사귈 시간이 없다.

그분을 가리켜 포도주를 즐기고 먹기를 탐하는 자라는 거짓 비난이 있었을 때, 그 말에 대하여 논쟁하지 않으셨다.

‘고린도’ 회중에는 도적, 탐욕적인 자, 토색하는 자, 술 취하는 자, 간음하는 자 및 우상 숭배하는 자들이었던 사람들 외에 동성애자들이었던 사람들도 있었다.

5. (1 Peter 2:22) His enemies falsely accuse him of being a Sabbath breaker, a drunkard, and a demonized person, but Jesus is not dishonored by their lies.

(베드로 첫째 2:22) 그분의 적들은 그분이 안식일을 어기는 자이고, 술꾼이며, 악귀 들린 자라고 거짓 고발하지만, 예수께서는 그들의 거짓말로도 불명예를 당하지 않으십니다.

6. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men kept for unnatural purposes, nor men who lie with men, nor thieves, nor greedy persons, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit God’s kingdom.

음행하는 자들이나 우상 숭배자들이나 간음하는 자들이나 부자연스런 목적을 위하여 있는 남자들이나 남자와 동침하는 남자들이나 도둑들이나 탐욕스러운 자들이나 술취하는 자들이나 욕하는 자들이나 강탈하는 자들은 하느님의 왕국을 상속받지 못할 것입니다.
